First ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Trailer Released

As expected Disney and Lucasfilm have released the first trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The trailer was officially released during Star Wars Celebration in Orlando. The franchise turns 40 this year, and a trailer was the perfect way to thank the fans.

The trailer is a change in tone compared to The Force Awakens. Clearly, the sequel will be a much more serious film, which was to be expected as the stakes are higher and there is more at risk. Luke also plays a large role in the teaser, as the narrator and Rey’s new mentor and Jedi master.

Between daydreams of being The Flash, Kieran manages to find the time to read comics, watch movies and keep up with the latest TV Series. The ultimate Superman fanboy his specific interests include the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the DC Extended Universe, and Marvel & DC Comics. Kieran's life goal is to test real-life Iron Man armor. He'd be pretty bummed if he never got to travel the galaxy.
