‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2’ Character Posters Released

Marvel and director James Gunn have revealed the first batch of character posters for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2.

These first character posters are stylistically similar to previous promo material and offer us a new look at newcomers Ego, Ayesha, and Mantis as well as posters for all of the returning characters like Star-Lord, Rocket, Groot, and Drax.

I really like the look of these posters. They’re clearly inspired by trading cards and are definitely something I would like hanging on my wall.

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Between daydreams of being The Flash, Kieran manages to find the time to read comics, watch movies and keep up with the latest TV Series. The ultimate Superman fanboy his specific interests include the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the DC Extended Universe, and Marvel & DC Comics. Kieran's life goal is to test real-life Iron Man armor. He'd be pretty bummed if he never got to travel the galaxy.
