Michael Keaton Discusses ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ And Tom Holland

Spider-Man: Homecoming

One of the biggest surprises to come from Marvel in recent years was the casting of previous Batman star Michael Keaton. The actor will portray Vulture, a popular Marvel villain from Spider-Man comics.

Returning to the comic book world must’ve been a hard decision to make but talking to ET Online the actor had only nice things to say about Marvel and our new Spidey, Tm Holland/

“[It’s] pretty amazing once you step into that. I hadn’t done a Marvel movie and they are so good at how they run things. It’s impressive.”

“He [Holland] is a really good guy. I just worked with Dylan O’Brien [on the upcoming thriller American Assassin] and they are around the same age, I would say, and they are both such good guys to work with. Tommy is a good kid.”

Keaton has discussed his role in Spider-Man: Homecoming in the past, but it’s good to see that he seems to be getting on with Marvel and is excited about his villainous turn in the comic book world.

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7, 2017.
