Zack Snyder Shares New Image Of Henry Cavill’s ‘Man of Steel’ Costume Test

'Man of Steel' Director Zack Snyder has shared a new image, giving fans a look at the first time Henry Cavill put on the iconic Superman costume.

Zack Snyder has been sharing a load of new images on his Vero account, giving fans a look at various Justice League set photos, and behind-the-scenes images. His most recent post, however, takes fans back to the production of Man of Steel.

The first film in the DC Extended Universe introduced Henry Cavill as Superman, a role he continued to develop in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The image shows Cavill’s first time wearing the Man of Steel costume, taken by Snyder himself. “First costume test M O S shot with my polaroid land camera,” the director wrote.

Cavill will reprise the role of Superman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. We still don’t know if the character will have a major, or large role in the film due to the ending of Batman v Superman. Either way, it’s cool to go back to the early days of the DCEU and see these iconic moments.
